An end-to-end product design exploration for Beabox — a cloud storage and file management platform built around a single organizing philosophy: your digital files deserve the same care, structure, and accessibility as a sophisticated physical cabinet. The project spans mascot design, brand identity, and full UI design across web and mobile.

The Mascot

The Beabox beaver is the brand's most immediately recognizable asset — a hardworking, grinning courier in a yellow uniform and backwards cap, arms wrapped around a white delivery box. The beaver is a deliberate and perfect mascot choice: nature's most industrious builder and organizer, a creature that constructs complex, orderly systems from raw materials. For a platform built on organized digital storage, no animal communicates the brand promise more directly. The character's wide toothy grin signals approachability; the uniform signals reliability; the box signals delivery on every promise.

The Platform

The web UI leads with a hero headline — "Organized, secure, always accessible" — set against a warm, isometric illustration world where the beaver mascot moves between floating file boxes and cloud storage nodes. The visual language is warm and inviting, deliberately distancing Beabox from the cold, utilitarian aesthetic of most cloud storage competitors.

The dashboard reveals a file management system of genuine usability depth: color-coded storage categories (Documents, Photos, Videos, Music & Archives), real-time storage meters, collaborative file sharing with avatar indicators, and a clean list view with drag-to-upload functionality. The pricing UI presents Standard (200 GB) and Premium (2 TB) tiers with a clear recommendation callout — conversion-optimized and visually unambiguous.

The mobile app extends the same warm system into a compact format, demonstrating a designer who thinks in ecosystems, not isolated screens.
