The barefoot detail is the illustration's most honest touch: 2021, full pandemic, fully WFH, and the office was wherever the WiFi router reached. The router sits in the lower left corner as a quiet supporting character — the infrastructure of an entire year of professional growth, rendered in cartoon form.

A glowing lightbulb character floats to the left, eyes wide with the electricity of a new idea — the visual embodiment of what happens when Learn and Practice converge. Wireless headphones orbit to the right, a nod to the deep focus sessions and virtual calls that defined the trainee experience.
