Sharing Session Organizer
Behind every great sharing session is a team that makes it happen — this illustration captures the organizers who kept the Tokopedia trainee program running with energy, coordination, and a megaphone full of enthusiasm.

Illustration Design — Sharing Session Organizer
Event Illustration · Tokopedia Trainee Program · Internal Communication
A dynamic, role-driven character illustration created during the Tokopedia Trainee Program — celebrating the organizing team behind the program's sharing sessions: the unsung crew who plan, coordinate, and hype every knowledge-sharing event from behind the scenes and at the front of the room.
The three characters are rendered in a sticker-style flat illustration with confident, energetic poses that communicate a team in motion — not sitting still, not waiting — actively making things happen. Each figure carries a prop that defines their role with visual clarity: the left character holds a clipboard and wears a signature green Tokopedia cap — the planner, the detail person, the one who knows exactly what needs to happen next; the center character holds a microphone with both hands, headset on, mid-speech — the host, the connector, the voice of the session; the right character raises a megaphone with a thumbs-up energy — the amplifier, the promoter, the one making sure everyone in the building knows something great is happening.
All three wear matching dark grey shirts and black pants — a uniform that signals unity and team identity while keeping the character design clean and scalable across digital and print contexts. The sticker-style white outline frames the group as a portable badge — usable across program decks, event posters, internal Notion pages, and digital invitations.
An illustration that turns an event organizing team into characters worth remembering — because good programs don't run themselves.
