A dynamic, role-driven character illustration created during the Tokopedia Trainee Program — celebrating the organizing team behind the program's sharing sessions: the unsung crew who plan, coordinate, and hype every knowledge-sharing event from behind the scenes and at the front of the room.

The three characters are rendered in a sticker-style flat illustration with confident, energetic poses that communicate a team in motion — not sitting still, not waiting — actively making things happen.
