One sunny morning, it happened again...

Yongki, a student who lives in the boarding house, just woke up and was shocked when he saw that it was already 10 am.

Woke up at that hour, Yongki felt hungry, Yongki thought “What should I eat? The breakfast restaurants have run out and are closed, while the lunch restaurants haven't opened yet."

OK, let's stop here! What can we do to help Yongki not starve? Let's go!

Looking for solution ideas for Yongki

• Help Yongki get food without the hassle of cooking

• Tell Yongki which restaurants are still open in the vicinity and serve food at 10 am

• Deliver food from restaurants that Yongki is interested in, so that Yongki doesn't have to drive far when he's hungry

Let's work with big data (artificial intelligence)

According to the story above, this is not the first time Yongki has ordered food at 10 am, all of Yongki's orders have been recorded in Ma'em's database so this pattern will be easily seen. By utilizing this pattern, Artificial intelligence compiled by big data owned by Ma'em will be able to be used to display a special banner that will appear on Yongki's Home Screen and all users who have the same habits as Yongki, for example, often wake up at 10 am → hungry → order food delivery. They will get information that there are restaurants that actually provide Brunch (breakfast and lunch) menus.

The same pattern can also be applied in other cases, for example if it is found that users often buy food late at night (above 10 pm). They will get information that there is a restaurant that actually provides a Supper menu (meal at late night).

By looking at this data, it is very open to see other patterns made by users, and once again opens up opportunities for Ma'em to make other innovative breakthroughs.

The benefits obtained are as follows:

• For users: Users who are hungry from 10am to 12pm or when the night is past 10pm will still be able to enjoy the food they need when hungry at inopportune times

• For merchants (restaurants): Restaurants that are open at non-meal hours or even provide special Brunch or Supper food will still be easy to find and order by the right users so that sales will also get better

Custom navbar to increase user awareness

When you have processed the order payment, one of the things that the user is sure to do is to monitor the orders that have just been made. To help users more easily find and monitor the ongoing order process, we provide a special UX for the bottom nav bar.
