Kalaweit
For the safeguard of biodiversity in Indonesia — Kalaweit's app splash screen gives one of Borneo's most important wild animal rescue organizations a digital identity worthy of the work they do.

A clean, purposeful splash screen design for the Kalaweit mobile app — representing one of Indonesia's most established wildlife conservation organizations, founded 28 years ago and dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and protection of gibbons and other wild animals across Borneo and Sumatra.
The splash screen is a single, confident statement: a deep forest green background — the color of the jungle Kalaweit works to protect — bearing the organization's logo centered on screen. The logomark is a shield containing a stylized gibbon face rendered in white, arms raised in the characteristic gibbon posture — simultaneously a primate portrait and a symbol of protection. Below it, "KALAWEIT" in bold white type and "Wild Animal Rescue" as a clean subtitle.
The design achieves what every NGO mobile identity needs to achieve in its opening moment: instant recognition, clear mission, and emotional resonance. You know what this organization does before you have read a word. The green communicates conservation; the shield communicates protection; the gibbon face communicates exactly whose story this is.
Kalaweit's mission by the numbers is extraordinary — 1,554 friends/supporters, 3,179 protected hectares, 318 animals across 2 centers — and this app splash screen is the first digital touchpoint connecting that mission to the people who want to support it.
A mobile identity that honors the animals it represents — and the 28 years of work behind it.
